Orders of Physical Products

You can purchase various physical products either through Zoner Studio or from the zoner.com website. However, the available products and the ordering process differ.

Products Available in Zoner Studio

The option to create and order physical products can be found in Zoner Studio in the Print module. You can create photo books, calendars, photo canvases, printed photographs, and magnets. These are original photo products that you design yourself using your own photographs. After payment and order submission, production is handled by 24print s.r.o., a specialist in photo gift manufacturing.

In the Buy section on the zoner.cz website, you can find books about Zoner Studio, gift packages of the software, T-shirts, and caps with the logo (or other items depending on the current offer).

How do I order products through Zoner Studio?

  1. Open the Print module, select the specific project type on the right, and open it by clicking Create New Project.
  2. Choose a suitable format and template, add photos and text according to your needs and preferences. Once you finish editing, click the Add to Cart button in the right panel. Your data will then be uploaded to our server, so an active internet connection is required to successfully place the order.

Once added to the cart, the project becomes locked and cannot be edited further. If you want to review the project after adding it to the cart, either remove it from the cart or duplicate the project.

  1. Click the cart icon in the top toolbar of the program. The cart contents will appear. Here you can increase the number of copies of the product.
  2. Click Order. Your internet browser will open with the order form.
  3. Choose the shipping method and payment method, complete the order, and pay.

How can I order multiple different photo products at once?

Create all projects and add them to the cart one by one. Once all items are in the cart, you can place them in a single order.

How do I order products from your website?

Go to the Buy section on the website and choose the specific product you are interested in. You will then be able to select the type and size (for example for T-shirts) or add additional items to the order. Additional items can also be purchased when buying a new license or renewing Zoner Studio. You can find them in section 2 of the order form.

Can I pick up physical products in person at your company?

Unfortunately, orders for original photo products created in Zoner Studio cannot be picked up in person at our company address. Production is handled by 24print s.r.o., which is located elsewhere.

However, orders for books, T-shirts, and other additional merchandise can be picked up at our office if you choose personal pickup as the shipping method.

What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?

If you notice that the package is damaged when receiving the shipment, we recommend not accepting the delivery. Take photos of the damaged packaging and write a damage report with the carrier. Send the photo documentation to support@zoner.com and inform us that you have reported damage to the package. We will then arrange the next steps with the printing company.

If the package itself is not damaged but the contents have defects (for example stuck pages or a peeling cover), also take photos and inform us by email at support@zoner.com. We will forward the claim to the printing company for evaluation and inform you about the next steps.

Can I get a discount if I want to order a large quantity of the same items (e.g., calendars)?

If you wish to order 20 or more pieces of the same calendars, photo books, or photo canvases, please contact us by email at support@zoner.com.

My shipment did not arrive on time. Why?

If your order did not arrive within the expected time, please inform us immediately. We will check its status and find out further information.

I found mistakes in my ordered project. Can production be paused so I can fix them?

After ordering a photo product in the Print module, we cannot guarantee that the order can still be paused or canceled. We therefore recommend performing a careful check before placing the order.

However, if you discover an issue after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to pause the production. If this is successful, we will inform you about the next steps via email communication.
