Projects

For projects created in the Print and Video modules, the following applies:

• Projects are tied to specific computers, not to your Zoner Account. When you log into the program from a different computer, projects from other computers will not be available.
• Projects are stored in your Windows user folder (in your Windows user profile – specifically in the folder C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Zoner\ZPS X\CreatePresets\. Instead of “user.name,” fill in the actual name of your Windows user profile.
• The video and audio materials you use are not copied into this folder. The folder contains files that merely point to the exact locations of the materials used and contain a record of the project edits used.
• This project processing method saves space on your computer’s hard disk and also places less strain on your computer’s performance.
• If you delete, rename, or move image, video, or audio files after having used them in a project, Zoner Studio will no longer be able to find them on your computer, and an error will be displayed in the project.

Transferring a project between computers is extremely difficult, and we do not recommend doing so.
