I didn’t receive an email with the activation code. What should I do?

If the activation email didn’t arrive, try the following:

  1. Wait a few minutes. Some email clients, such as Outlook, may delay delivery.
  2. Carefully check folders like Junk, Spam, or Social. The message may have ended up there.
  3. If you’re sure it hasn’t arrived, repeat the registration process and we’ll send you a new link.
  4. If the email still doesn’t arrive, check if you have any filters that could be deleting it.
  5. Still nothing? Contact us at: support@zoner.com.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

If you can't log into your Zoner account:

  1. Check that you’re entering the correct login email.
  2. Make sure CAPS LOCK isn’t on, and the numeric keypad is active.
  3. If login still fails, click Forgot your password? to reset your password. Follow the link sent to your email to set a new one.
  4. Now try logging in with the new password.

How do I change my login email and password?

Log in to your Zonerama profile. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture (or a gray avatar if you haven’t set one), and choose Zoner Account Settings. This will open your account page (zoner.cz/account).

In the top blue menu, click Settings, where you can change your password or registered email.

I want to change my Zonerama address (e.g., to new.zonerama.com). How do I proceed?

Log into your profile. In the top center, you'll see your profile picture, gallery name, and its current address. Hover over the address and click the pencil icon (Edit). You can then enter a custom URL name in the white field (e.g., type “new” before “.zonerama.com”).

Offensive words in gallery names are not allowed. If the system mistakenly flags your name (e.g., “ThomasSmith” contains "ass"), contact support@zoner.com for support.

Yes, the gallery is accessible from any mobile browser on common operating systems. You can also upload photos and videos from your mobile device via www.zonerama.com.

Is there a mobile app for Zonerama?

No, Zonerama does not offer apps for Android or iOS. It is only accessible through mobile browsers.

Can I use Zonerama to back up my photos?

Zonerama is not intended for photo backups. For that, we recommend using Zoner Photo Cloud.

Can I create a more complex folder structure on Zonerama?

No, Zonerama is a simple web gallery focused on easy, clear album sharing.

You can create folders (e.g., Public Albums) in the main navigation bar, and those folders can contain individual albums. Albums contain photos—no deeper structure is supported.

Can I upload more files to an existing album?

Yes. Log into your account, open the desired album, and click the blue Upload button at the top. This will upload new photos to the current album, not create a new one.

I like another user’s photo. How can I contact them?

You can express that you like a photo by clicking the blue Like button in the bottom right.

If the user enabled the contact form in their Zonerama settings, you can message them via the envelope icon on their profile home page.

From the album view, click More Options (three stacked dots) and choose Contact user.

Can I comment on other users’ images?

No, Zonerama does not support direct commenting. However, you can share the photo on social media, or simply click Like on Zonerama.

Another user uploaded a photo of me, and I don’t like it. What can I do?

If possible, contact the user and ask them to remove the photo.

If you cannot contact them, email support@zoner.com and our support team will relay your request.

Why hasn’t my album appeared in the Explore | Newest Albums section?

The Newest Albums section updates only once per day, so albums appear with a delay.

Albums with fewer than 10 photos are not displayed at all to prevent spam overload.

Is there a way to search content on Zonerama?

Click the Explore button at the top center of the page. There you’ll find a search bar to look up public albums or users.

Searching for specific albums or photos within your own account is not supported.

Are photos altered in any way when uploaded to Zonerama?

Photos in the sRGB color space are not modified—Zonerama keeps the original resolution, EXIF data, GPS coordinates, and color tags.

Photos in other color spaces (e.g., Adobe RGB) are converted to sRGB for compatibility, which may change file size and require re-saving.

Videos are always optimized for data efficiency.
