Commercial License—Zoner Account
The Zoner Account is a unifying element that links all of our services, such as Zoner Studio, Zonerama, and our Learn Photography magazine. Use it to manage Zoner Studio orders and licenses.
By logging into your Zoner Account during program startup, you activate your trial version or confirm that you’re using a purchased license for Zoner Studio. Your login also allows you to use online services from inside the program. These enable sending photos by email, Facebook and Zonerama sharing, ordering photo products, and more.
Zoner Account Login
To log in to your Zoner Account, use the “magic link” that is sent to your inbox after you enter your Zoner Account email address. This link is valid for 10 minutes.
Traditional password-based login is available under or you can log in using a password in the login window.
If you do not receive an email, you should first check the spam folder (where unwanted emails are sent) and trash folder of your email inbox.
Licenses and Payments
Here you can find your purchased Zoner Studio licenses along with information on their expiration dates.
Annual subscription-based company license
- Renew – this opens an order form for renewing your license.
- Cancel Automatic Renewal – this is available if automatic renewal is active.
- Change or Remove Payment Method – if automatic renewal has been set for annual licenses, you can change or remove the active payment method that is used for these renewals.
- Download Installation – this downloads a pre-activated installer.
- Manage Users – use this to manage the users within a company license.
- Transfer License – use this for transferring a license to a different Zoner Account.
Perpetual Company License
- Renew License Maintenance – this opens an order form for renewing your license maintenance.
- Cancel Automatic Renewal – available for a license with auto‑renewal enabled.
- Change or Remove Payment Method – if automatic renewal has been set up for maintenance, you can change or remove the active payment method that is used for these renewals.
- Download Installation – this downloads a pre-activated installer.
- Manage Users – use this to manage the users within a perpetual company license.
- Transfer License – use this to transfer a license to a different Zoner Account.
- Show Older Licenses – this shows purchased licenses for older Zoner Studio versions.
Add Another License – use this to attach another license to your account by entering a license code here for an older version (ZPS 17 or older) or an activation code.
Stored Payment Methods
This shows the account’s stored payment methods and the date when each method was stored.
- Remove – this removes a stored payment method.
- Add Payment Method – this verifies a new method, which can then be used for auto‑renewal or monthly payments.
Payments and Orders
This section lists the orders of licenses and physical products connected with the account. An invoice is available from the Download column for every order.
Subscriptions
Use this section to set what messages you wish to receive or stop receiving from us. Changes you make to these message subscriptions must be confirmed; click Update Subscription Settings to confirm them.
Settings
Use this section to edit the basic data about the Zoner Account’s owner—use it to change the login email and password, link the account with social networks, merge it with another Zoner Account, or delete the account completely.
- Email – use this to change the log-in email for the Zoner Account. Changing the email address changes the account’s ID, which transfers the license and all settings to the newly set Zoner Account email address.
- Password – use this to change the current Zoner Account password. Enter the new password and then repeat it in the form’s bottom section.
- Avatar – use this to change the photo that is shown in the header for your Zoner Account and your Zonerama account.
- Facebook Account – use Link here to link a Facebook account with your Zoner Account.
- Google Account – use Link here to link a Google account with your Zoner Account.
- Merge with Other Account – if you have multiple Zoner Accounts, the ideal way to simplify their management is to merge them so you can then log in under a single email address.
Delete Zoner Account – note that deleting an account deletes any Zonerama galleries you have on that account, and the list of all your licenses. Your order history and other settings will no longer be accessible, but for financial and legal reasons, they remain stored in our database.
