We provide free technical support to everyone who owns an active subscription to the current Zoner Studio version.

Depending on capacity, we are happy to help other users as well. However, for older versions we are often unable to help, e.g., because they no longer support newly released cameras or operating systems.

User support is available on business days 9:00 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 16:30 CET.

AI Help Zoni

Zoni is an AI system powered by OpenAI technology and integrated via HelpScout. It can suggest the best workflow for working with photos or videos in Zoner Studio and help you with questions about Zoner Studio, Zonerama, Zoner Photo Cloud, and other products and services by Zoner a.s.

The answers are generated automatically based on the Help Center content, program documentation, and frequently asked questions. Zoni does not work with any personal data and its responses are not legally binding.

The option to send an email to support or search the Help Center becomes available after each of your question and Zoni’s reply.

How to start Zoni:

  • On the website, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
  • In Zoner Studio, press F1 – a browser window will open and Zoni will be ready to help.

To get the fastest and most accurate help, follow a few simple rules:

  • One question = one answer. Ask each question separately.
  • Write full sentences as if speaking to a real person.
  • Be specific and include context – module, tool, file format, etc.
  • Ask follow-up questions or try rephrasing.
  • Avoid offensive language.

If you’d like to speak to a human, type “contact support” and Zoni will guide you there.

Questions and issues regarding licenses, invoices, or payments can be sent by email. We also provide phone support for sales and licensing questions exclusively.

Extended Context Help

When you run the mouse cursor over the most important functions, tools, and settings in the Manager, Develop, Print, and Video modules, a Context Help element is displayed. It includes:

  • the name of the function, tool, or setting,
  • the default keyboard shortcut and any user-defined shortcut,
  • an animation (for most items),
  • links to Zoner Studio help, our Learn Photography magazine, and YouTube.

By default, Context Help is shown after you hover the mouse for about two seconds. You can turn it off under View | Preferences | Appearance.
