We provide free technical support to anyone who owns an active subscription to the current version of Zoner Studio.
Depending on capacity, we are happy to provide technical support to other users as well. However, for older versions we are often unable to help, e.g., because they no longer support newly released cameras or operating systems.
User support is available on business days 9:00 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 16:30 CET.
Technical Queries
We provide free technical support exclusively via e-mail. To contact technical support, use the Contact Technical Support item under the question-mark icon on the top bar in Zoner Studio, or send your query via e-mail to the support team.
Sales and Licensing Queries
For queries and problems related to licenses, invoices or payment, contact us via e-mail.
Extended Context Help
When you run the mouse cursor over the most important functions, tools, and settings in the Manager, Develop, Print, and Video modules, a Context Help element is displayed. It includes:
- the name of the function, tool, or setting,
- the default keyboard shortcut and any user-defined shortcut,
- an animation (for most items),
- links to Zoner Studio help, our Learn Photography magazine, and YouTube.
By default, Context Help is shown after you hover the mouse for about two seconds. You can turn it off under View | Preferences | Appearance.
