Your support team is not replying to me. Did you get my message?
Our support team responds to every message within a few hours, or at the latest by the next business day. The receipt of every message, or rather every first message in a support conversation, is confirmed by an automatic reply with a ticket number. If you did not receive this confirmation message, it is likely that your inquiry did not reach us due to, for example, a large attachment.
Sometimes our replies don’t make it to your inbox – be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
We recommend sending any attachments larger than 10MB via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer.
Check if our messages have ended up in the spam, junk mail, trash, etc. folders of your email.
